My AS Watson journey started in 2011 when I joined the company as an Analyst Programmer in the retail Hong Kong division of Group IT. In 2013, I had a chance to work on a mobile app and as a result I was promoted to System Analyst the same year. I then switched my role from Retail Hong Kong to a broader role overseeing the CRM solutions at the Group level for all Asian retail brands. In 2016, I got promoted to the position of a Team Leader I’m in today, handling eCommerce for the Group.
