From a young age, I have been captivated by the retail industry. After completing my master’s degree, I joined FORTRESS as a trainee store manager. My participation in a Professional Diploma in Retail Management course led to a promotion to store manager within a year.

Recognising my passion for data analysis, my manager offered me the opportunity to transfer to the back office for O+O strategy, enabling me to better leverage my expertise. Over the past few years, I have been involved in several customer-focused O+O projects, driving progress in the rapidly changing retail landscape.

I am grateful for the opportunity to advance my studies through the Professional Diploma in Retail Management, where I learned industry-leading competency standards and clarified my role in promoting the O+O strategy. I look forward to collaborating with the company to create a better future for our customers.
