We continuously monitor engagement through our Customer Love Score and Social Listening to ensure we stay connected to what matters most.
Sustainability is at the heart of our progress. We are increasingly offering more sustainable products across multiple brands and categories. In 2025, over 11,000 products are part of our Sustainable Choices campaign, incorporating features such as recycled plastic in packaging and responsibly sourced palm oil and paper.
We’ve also advanced our anti-deforestation commitments. For example, over 90% of our Exclusive Brand paper products are now more sustainable, using FSC, PEFC, or recycled content.
Innovation drives our approach to reducing environmental impact. We’ve introduced refill options both in-store and at home, and rolled out take-back services across 11 markets to ensure personal care packaging is diverted from landfills and either upcycled or downcycled into new products or packaging.
Through these efforts, we are integrating sustainable packaging and ingredients with a clear focus on reducing environmental impact.
