Watsons Taiwan has partnered with online messaging platform Omnichat to launch the real-time, one-on-one health consultation service "e-Chat Health Room" so that customers from all age groups can get personalised advice from pharmacists.
Watsons has also started hosting health seminars in local community and advancing the shopping experience by integrating O+O services at every customer touchpoint, including features like "Flash Delivery" with delivery within an hour and "Infinite Shelf" for online ordering in-store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
