Superdrug opened a new sustainable store in Peterborough Serpentine Green Shopping Center! The store features fully recyclable signage including graphics produced from recycled yarn and plastic bottles. Its ceiling tiles are made from bio-soluble mineral wool, clay and starch and are 100% recyclable. In addition, the number of LED Mod lights in the ceiling is reduced by 20% and the store has a waste management target of 5% to landfill.
Customers can find a wide range of sustainable health and beauty products at the new store, including Superdrug’s exclusive brand ranges as well as other sustainable brands such as Palmer’s, Weleda and Wild Earth.
