Watsons Water has officially kicked off its new management trainee programme which aims to equip recent graduates and entry-level professionals with the necessary skills and experience to succeed in their careers. The 18-month programme includes comprehensive rotational training, exposure to various departments, and working closely with different mentors and buddies who will provide support and guidance throughout their journey.
