Watsons Hong Kong and Colgate join hands to upgrade the tube take-back programme, "Small Acts - Big Smiles". From now until 31 December 2026, customers can bring any used toothpaste tubes to nearly 180 Watsons stores across Hong Kong for recycling. Special recycling bins have been installed in 120 selected stores.
To encourage participation, MoneyBack members will earn 50 points for each successfully recycled tube, turning everyday waste into valuable resources and helping to protect the environment.
In addition, Watsons and Colgate are co-hosting a toothpaste tube upcycling workshop, where participants can repurpose used tubes into toothbrush holders. This initiative aims to inspire both adults and children to take part in eco-friendly actions and nurture the next generation to embrace sustainable living.
