AS Watson Group has been accelerating digital transformation and driving the integration of O+O (Offline plus Online) platforms to offer seamless shopping experience so basic data skills have been increasingly important across all departments and business units.
To equip colleagues with data visualisation and analytic skills, AS Watson’s Big Data Team has organised the WatsonView Champion Programme, a training programme which aims to enhance colleagues' data analytic skills and develop them as a good data storyteller. More than 400 colleagues from all around the world have completed the programme.
