I was so lucky to have the opportunity to become the reverse mentor of Peter Macnab, CEO of AS Watson Health & Beauty UK. We met monthly to cover various topics focusing on Social Media Marketing - from the best social media practices, latest tools to the seamless customers connections. Peter was really engaged during our sessions and keen on the emerging trends about O+O (Offline plus Online) on the market.

He also consistently taught me the importance of business resilience which served as a guidance on the daily work we do for Superdrug. It was also a rewarding experience for me to gain invaluable insights into leadership from my mentee, which helped me to improve my management skill and was hugely beneficial to my career.
