ASW People Story

I began my journey with PARKnSHOP in 2011, and after eight years, I sought to challenge myself by enrolling in the Retail Store Professional Certificate course. This programme provided me with in-depth knowledge in cashier management, customer service, and product expertise, ultimately leading to my promotion to cashier supervisor. This experience ignited my desire to explore my full potential.

In the following years, I actively participated in various training courses. I am grateful to the company’s training programmes for encouraging and supporting my continuous improvement. Through my studies for the Professional Diploma in Retail Management, I was promoted to Store Manager. I look forward to creating even greater value for the company and our customers in the future.
