I joined Watsons Thailand as a fresh graduate and I love the positive attitude of my colleagues, many of whom are now my friends. Work is always fun, and my role involves coaching student trainees, which not only helps them but also helps me develop my knowledge and skills. I’ve also enjoyed being part of the reverse mentoring programme, sharing my knowledge with our leadership team.
