ASW People Story

My story at ASW began in 2016, as a Digital Marketing Specialist in the eLab team. I help our Asian brands to improve their digital performance for their eCommerce websites. I was given chances to explore new and innovative digital technologies, and exposure to meet great people across teams worldwide. eLab has a great working culture with can-do spirit which I really appreciate. People are smart and innovative, keep our business up-to-date with industry trends. My greatest pride at AS Watson is being our Group Managing Director, Mr. Dominic Lai’s Reverse Mentor and being able to show him the latest trend in digital marketing. At the same time, I gain much inspiration from him on leadership.
