ASW People Story

I was attracted to ASW by its company culture and the number of markets it covers! Moreover, I was really interested in data analytics and science as I most enjoyed the modules in my degree that links to these.
My biggest challenge has been having to be more confident in situations where I needed to present or liaise with colleagues. Luckily, I worked with an amazing team who were so encouraging and made me believe in myself and what I was doing. I am so happy that I did a placement with ASW it has been a nice introduction into the professional work environment.
I have picked up so many skills along the way, from working with different programmes to learning how to communicate to Business Units and presenting to a wider audience. To be able to get these skills at my third year of Mathematic degree, I know it is valuable in any job I go into in the future!
