I am Ben Lee and I joined Watsons in 2019 as a Pharmacist in the stand-alone pharmacy of Watsons Hong Kong.
A helpless tourist with her daughters entered my pharmacy one night and told me that her flight got cancelled but her prescription medicines were running out. She was grateful that I helped her to find the over-the-counter substitutions to relieve her immediate symptoms and came back to say thank you on the day she departed to airport. It is my pleasure to safeguard our customers’ health and well-being with our professional expertise, especially amid the pandemic outbreak this year.
