I started with Superdrug back in 2011 as a trainee pharmacist. Since then, I have been fortunate to be given plenty of opportunities to explore different areas of the business and have been empowered to develop my skills through different experiences. I’ve gone for every opportunity I could, from looking after clinical excellence to buying in the Commercial team, becoming a Pharmacy Superintendent, and eventually being promoted to Head of Clinical Excellence.
After having my children, I felt like I was ready to try something different again and I’ve recently taken an opportunity outside the Healthcare team in a newly created role as Head of ESG, which is an exciting opportunity to expand my skills in a fascinating area, that’s vital to the business and the planet.
I’ve been with the business for over a decade now, and I’ve seen a lot of changes in that time, both professionally and personally. But as my life has changed, the business has supported me through those changes while encouraging me to continue to grow and develop with new opportunities.
