My love for face-to-face communication is the reason I joined Watson’s Wine in the first place. After joining, I started learning about wine knowledge from the ground up. Thanks to the comprehensive training provided by the company, wine tasting sessions, vineyard tours, as well as obtaining the WSET professional qualification and completing the Professional Diploma in Retail Management, I quickly became a professional wine sales consultant. I believe in "making friends through wine", sharing wine knowledge with customers, using wine as a medium to connect with each other, and establishing long-lasting and meaningful friendship with customers.
