I joined Watsons Hong Kong as a pharmacist in 2019 and this year, I’m so glad to receive the Retail Service Award (Health & Beauty Category) - Gold Award, from the Hong Kong Retail Management Association. I prefer working in Watsons pharmacy than in the hospital or laboratory as interacting with my customers and helping them with my professional advice makes my job a lot more meaningful.

Once a woman came into our store looking for a canker sore ointment. From our conversation, I learned that she was suffering from chronic illness, which made her feel stressed and depressed. Therefore, I listened to her and gave her much-needed comfort, support as well as advice. Two days later, she came back with a thank you card to thank me for the advice. There’s nothing better than helping customers look good and feel great!
