In response to the evolving customer needs and strengthen the brand’s commitment to help customers “Eat Better, Live Better”, PARKnSHOP has announced its HKD200 million investment in setting up the PNS eCom Fulfilment Centre in the Hutchison Logistics Center in Hong Kong.
Spanning over 300,000 sq. ft., the new PNS eCom Fulfillment Centre is equipped with automation and artificial intelligence technology to better manage and forecast product inventory, greatly improve supply chain productivity and capacities, enabling the brand to offer a seamless O+O (Offline plus Online) shopping experience to customers.
Meanwhile, the online store of PARKnSHOP is now renamed as “PNS eShop”, bringing a young and refreshing new look to the brand. In addition to the logo refresh, the design of PNS.com and PNS app has been upgraded with more user-friendly features to further enhance customers’ shopping experiences.
