AS Watson believes that if we love our customers, our customers will reward us with their loyalty. One way to demonstrate our love is by listening to customers’ feedback. To achieve this, the Group conducts a monthly customer survey, Customer Love Score, across all of our operating markets, enabling customers to rate their experiences after each visit.
