My passion for my job at Watsons won me the Best Store Employee in 2013, and also led my store manager to recommend me for an interview for a role in the Trading
Department. I was promoted to become a professional buyer, which has been challenging but I’ve enjoyed growing my capabilities, communicating across departments and negotiating with suppliers.
