In just 10 years, I’ve gone from being a carefree university student to being a proud Customer Service Manager, thanks to Watsons! I recently received an Excellent Store Manager Award from the Taiwan Chain Store & Franchise Association, which is a great reflection on all my colleagues and the work we’ve done. I hope that we can live for the present – learn, inspire each other, enjoy our work, find our future and fulfil our personal values in the Year of Connection.
