Watsons Taiwan is Named Happiest Corporate
Watsons Taiwan is glad and honoured to be awarded 2021 Special Award of Happiest Corporate Awards and Gold Award of Happiest Corporate by 1111 job bank.
The Gold Award was voted by 2 million office workers online, followed by a sample survey of employees of the winning company while the Special Award recognises corporate that took actions for the community wellbeing during the pandemic.
New Mobile App
Drogas has launched a new mobile app to wow its customers. Users can place order in the eStore, view customer reviews on different products and scan product barcode for product description. Digital membership card is also now available in the app, not only helping customers save space in their wallets but also earn points anytime, anywhere! Drogas will continue to innovate to offer O+O customer experience.

Superdrug has just won both Retail or shopping app of the year and B2C app of the year at the UK App Awards 2021 which celebrates and rewards excellence in apps developed in the UK or for the UK market. Superdrug app was commended for exceptional design, UX, great commerce, innovative use of AR and strong ethos of accessibility.
O+O Concept Store is Reopened
Spanning over 8,000 sq. feet, a three-storey Watsons concept store is reopened in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, to offer customers a seamless O+O shopping experience. The new store features three experience zones, namely Makeup & Cosmetic, Health and Sustainable Products. To help customers lead a sustainable lifestyle, Hong Kong’s first Naturals by Watsons refill station is also launched in the store!

The Perfume Shop was excited to organise the VIP Christmas Press Show at Londoner Hotel, Leicester Square, and invited its press friends and special guests for an in-person event! There was a giant advent calendar to showcase the selected perfumes of The Perfume Shop for this holiday season.
Connecting with Suppliers
Close collaboration with suppliers is critical to a successful partnership. Superdrug recently hosted its Supplier Conference to reconnect in person with its suppliers. During the conference, they shared their 2022 vision with the suppliers and celebrated some fantastic achievements!
Huge Success
To thank all its business partners who have supported Watsons all these years, Watsons Malaysia held the Watsons HWB Awards 2021 with the theme “An Evening Love Affair”. The event hosted over 100 top business partners via Zoom and celebrated Malaysia's best health, wellness & beauty brands!
New Skin Advice Service
For the first time in any high street pharmacy store, Superdrug has launched a new skincare and treatment service in all its stores with a pharmacy. Over 160 pharmacists in Superdrug have been trained to provide support for a range of skin conditions such as acne and eczema, so that customers can easily obtain advice about their skin health. The service aims to make expert skin condition advice more accessible to everyone so the consultations will be on a walk-in basis and free of charge.
